  1. 1874

    YORK Manufacturing Company is founded in the US.

  2. 1903

    YORK pioneers industrial air conditioning by developing one of the first major systems for industrial application.

  3. 1914

    YORK developed the first “air-washing” system, a precursor to modern air conditioners.

  4. 1923

    The world’s first air-conditioned office building was installed using YORK technology.

  5. 1954
